Brewora’s Punjabi Masala Chai is a kadak, dhaba-style blend built on strong Assam CTC and stacked with cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, fennel, ajwain, and clove. It brews a thick, malty, spice-forward cup made for milk and sugar—perfect for early-morning kickstarts, monsoon comfort, and no-nonsense tea breaks. Contains caffeine.

Brewing Instructions
Without milk (black): Steep 2–2.5 g (≈1 tsp) in 180–200 ml water at 95–100°C for 3–4 minutes.
With milk (stovetop chai): Simmer 2.5–3 g tea in 150 ml water for 2 minutes, add 100–150 ml milk, simmer 2–3 minutes more. Sweeten and strain.
Iced chai latte: Brew double strength, chill, then pour over ice with cold milk.
