Brewing Instructions
Without milk (black): Steep 2–2.5 g (≈1 tsp) in 180–200 ml water at 95–100°C for 3–4 minutes.
With milk (stovetop chai): Simmer 2.5–3 g tea with 150 ml water for 2 minutes, add 100–150 ml milk, simmer 2–3 minutes more. Sweeten and strain.
Iced chai latte: Brew double strength, chill, then pour over ice with cold milk.
