Brewing Instructions
Hot: Steep 2–2.5 g (≈1 tsp) in 180–200 ml water at 90–95°C for 3–4 minutes.
Iced: Brew double strength, cool completely, then pour over ice; lemon slice or a touch of honey optional.
Latte: Not typical for this delicate style; if adding milk, keep it light to preserve aroma.
