Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
Pricing may vary based on customization, quantity, and packaging
Bulk order pricing is shared via quotation and is valid for a limited time
Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or agreed terms
Customization
Customized products (branding, packaging, inserts) are created based on client approval
Once designs/content are approved, changes may not be possible
Thankboxx is not responsible for errors in approved designs (logos, spelling, etc.)
Payments
We may require full or partial advance payment for order confirmation
Payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway)
Delays in payment may affect production and delivery timelines
Building blocks system
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on order size and location
Thankboxx is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers
Clients must ensure accurate shipping details
Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of corporate gifting, orders are generally non-refundable
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of damaged or incorrect products
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof
Corporate Responsibility
Clients sharing recipient data must ensure they have obtained proper consent
Thankboxx will use recipient data only for order fulfillment
Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and branding belong to Thankboxx
Clients must have rights to any logos or content shared for customization
Limitation of Liability
Thankboxx shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays beyond reasonable control
Minor variations in product appearance
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Cancellation requests before production may be subject to charges
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
